We quote & produce:

Educating your clients about Lycra printing:

We believe knowledge strengthens partnerships. When your customers understand the process, they trust your expertise—and ours. Below is key information you may want to share when quoting Lycra/nylon printing jobs.

Why not every printer can handle Lycra:

Printing on Lycra / Nylon requires specialized inks, equipment, and curing processes. While a design might look fine at first, improper curing or low-grade inks can crack or fade—especially in chlorinated water. Kinteco has specialized in Lycra / nylon printing for over 10 years, and our ink technicians continually research and refine formulas for the constantly evolving swimwear and performance fabric markets.

What is Flashing? Why do you need it?

Flashing is the process of printing, partially curing (drying), and printing again to ensure bright, durable color. While optional, it is strongly recommended on dark fabrics to prevent dull or muddy results.

What is a white underbase?

A white underbase is a layer of white ink printed first, then cured, then followed by your final colors. It ensures intense, bright results—especially when printing neon, bold colors, or designs on dark garments.

What is Camera-Ready art?

Camera-ready art is clean, crisp, black-and-white artwork in separated layers with proper registration marks. Hand-drawn, faxed, or low-resolution colored images must be redrawn—an involved process that adds both time and cost. Encourage clients to check for existing print-ready files from previous vendors to save time and expense.

Drop Shipments

You may ship garments directly to Kinteco. Simply notify us of incoming items and provide a size breakdown so our team can verify accuracy on arrival. We inspect all garments before production and will notify you of missing or damaged pieces upfront.

We can drop ship completed orders anywhere you need—blind, direct, or multi-location—at no additional cost when a UPS account number is provided.

Bagging & individual folding

For clients who want a polished presentation, we offer folding, bagging, and hang-tagging services. Garments are folded, bagged, and boxed to your specifications.

Sample Runs

For multi-color screen prints, we offer pre-production sample runs to ensure colors and placement meet your client’s expectations. Embroidery sew-outs are free on sample fabric; sew-outs on actual garments are available for a small fee.

Private labeling

We remove existing labels and sew in yours—or screen print inside labels—on any quantity. If you need label sources, we can provide referrals. For more details, please refer to our policies & procedures page.
